To complete the accreditation process and become a Keller Williams Mega Agent, please follow the steps below and complete the forms:

1)      Fill out all the fields on the Associate’s Accreditation Form.  Indicate your ACTIVE email address and mobile number.

2)      Fill out and sign the Binding Sponsorship Agreement.

3)      Fill out the Independent Contractor Agreement.

4)      Return the forms together with the photocopy of your PRC ID and government-issued ID.

5)      Submit the soft copy of your profile picture for your business card and ID. Please indicate your preferred name.

6)      Settle the Php 1,250 yearly fee and the first monthly fee of Php 1,500.

7)      Confirm the email sent to your personal email address within 24 hours to activate your Keller Williams Philippines email address.

8)      Confirm the email sent to your KW Philippines email address within 24 hours to activate your access to the Multi-Listing System (MLS) where you can also download the forms and templates such as Exclusive Authority to Sell, Referral Agreement and Multi-Listings/Listings Forms.

9)      ID and Business cards will be processed by KW Philippines for release within 5 working days.

10)    Attend the 6-Day Ignite training and the Technology training. (Invites to be sent via email)
